High-stakes transitions with operational and systems integration — culture, governance, and data visibility aligned to the combined mission.

Program audits, corrective action, policy writing, systems implementation — at the intersection of compliance and mission.
Signature achievement
At ADDP, as co-chair of the Day Services Committee, I built the analytical case — grounded in BLS wage data — that moved Massachusetts DDS reimbursement rate calculations from the 50th to the 75th wage percentile. The result was significant statewide rate increases for IDD providers across Massachusetts.
This is what data-driven advocacy looks like: not lobbying, not messaging — building an airtight analytical case and walking it into the room. The technology that makes it possible is inseparable from the outcome it produces.
